Yogurt – cucumber – dip

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 large cucumber(s)
  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp mint, chopped
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • n. B. garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the cucumber, remove the seeds, and cut into very fine cubes. Add the quark and yogurt and mix everything with the mustard and herbs. Chill. Season with salt and pepper just before serving. If you like, you can also add garlic.
