Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large red bell pepper(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- some oil
- some coriander powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the bell pepper, deseed it, and chop it into small pieces. Peel the garlic. Mix both with tomato paste and oil and puree. Season with salt, pepper, and coriander.
