Yogurt curry dip

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp curry
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly turmeric
  • some mint
  • possibly quark

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix some yogurt with the sour cream until you have a nice dip. If it’s too thin, you can save it with quark. Season everything with salt, pepper, and curry. For a more beautiful yellow color, stir in some turmeric. Finally, add the finely chopped mint, and you’re done. Goes very well with grilled poultry.
