Yogurt – dessert with alcohol

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100 g ladyfingers
  • 400 g yogurt (cherry)
  • 50 g chocolate, whole milk nut, grated
  • some coffee powder
  • rum
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 10 minutes

Line a baking dish with 1/3 of the sponge fingers. Drizzle with rum, then spread 1/3 of the yogurt on top. Lightly sprinkle with chili and coffee powder, then spread 1/3 of the grated chocolate on top. Then spread more sponge fingers on top and repeat until all the sponge fingers are used up. Let them chill in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours. The sponge fingers should be nice and soft.
