Yogurt dessert with raspberries and peaches

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 can/n peach(s)
  • 1 pack of raspberries (frozen)
  • n. B. cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the frozen raspberries in a sieve, thaw, and drain. Drain the peaches and cut into small pieces. Layer the fruit in a bowl (it looks particularly attractive in a glass bowl). Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the yogurt. Spread the yogurt mixture over the fruit. Finally, sprinkle the dessert with brown sugar. Refrigerate until ready to serve. This dessert can also be prepared in several small dessert bowls or glasses.
