Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g mild yogurt
  • 2 tbsp, heaped mayonnaise or remoulade
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil, good
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tbsp chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, and oil in a bowl and mix well. Add the garlic and chives and stir in. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
