Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 500 g yogurt, 3.5% fat
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 8 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 8 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- Pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix salt with white wine vinegar until the salt is completely dissolved in the vinegar. Add all other ingredients, mix well, and pour into a screw-top jar. Shake well again and store in the refrigerator.
