Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g yogurt, 1.5% fat
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 30 g mustard, e.g. cranberry mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
for egg salad, shrimp salad etc.
Mix the yogurt and crème fraîche, add the mustard, honey, and balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. This can be easily varied by adding finely chopped herbs or crushed garlic, for example. It goes well with egg salads.
