Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small banana(s)
- 150 g mango(s)
- 100 g yogurt, 1.5% fat
- 100 ml milk, 1.5% fat
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- possibly curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with mango and banana
Peel and chop the banana and mango. Puree the yogurt, milk, fruit, and sugar in a blender or with an immersion blender. Season the drink with lemon juice. Tip: If you like it spicy, sprinkle some curry powder on top.
