Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 ml buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 150 g raspberries, fresh
  • 250 ml sorbet (raspberry sorbet or ice cream)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Briefly puree the buttermilk with sugar, lemon juice, the sorted raspberries and the slightly thawed raspberry sorbet or ice cream.
