- 250 g yogurt
- 1 apple
- 5 tbsp fruit, of your choice, from the can
- 4 tbsp oat flakes
- 2 tbsp cornflakes
- 1 pinch(s) of cinnamon powder, optional

easy and fast
First, mash the banana and mix in the yogurt until well blended. Then, cut the apple into small pieces and stir it in with the fruit. Finally, add the oatmeal and cornflakes. If you like, sprinkle on a pinch of cinnamon.
