Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 50 g butter
- 5 tbsp honey
- 250 g yogurt
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 lemon(s), peel
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 140 g flour
- 170 g flour (wholemeal flour)
- 2 tsp baking soda
- some nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 170°C and grease a muffin tin thoroughly or line it with paper baking cups. Melt the butter and stir it into the honey. Mix the yogurt, egg, lemon zest and juice well, then stir in the honey butter. Mix the remaining ingredients and fold them into the yogurt mixture. Pour the batter into the muffin tins and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
