Yogurt-mint dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 15 g mint, fresh
  • 15 g parsley, flat
  • 10 g chives, cut into rolls
  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • ½ lemon(s), untreated, zest and juice
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Puree the mint and parsley with the yogurt in a blender or with an immersion blender until smooth. Add the spices and blend again. Stir in the lemon juice and zest, and finally, add the chives.
