Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g flour, non-stick
- 250 g quark
- 200 g sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Powdered sugar for rolling
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar for rolling
- e.g. fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
simply sweet
Mix all ingredients (except powdered sugar and vanilla sugar) into a firm dough. Form the mixture into dumplings and fry in the deep fryer (on the French fry setting). Drain and cool on a wire rack. Then roll in a mixture of powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
