Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large apple
- 4 tbsp, heaped natural yogurt or vegan yogurt
- 2 tbsp, heaped sugar
- 2 pinches of cinnamon
- 1 handful of muesli
- 1 tbsp water

Peel the apple and core it. Cut the apple into small cubes. Place the cubes in a small saucepan with 1 tablespoon of water, the sugar, and cinnamon, and simmer for 2 minutes, until the apples have softened. Finally, combine the yogurt, muesli, and the apple-sugar mixture in a bowl and mix well. Tastes best while still slightly warm. Variations: You can also add chopped nuts, cranberries, or raisins.
