Yogurt muffins with chocolate

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g natural yogurt, low-fat
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 apples, chopped or other fruit
  • 2 tbsp chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat oven and grease the baking tray. Combine the sugar, egg, and yogurt. Mix the flour with the baking powder; then roughly mix with a fork into the yogurt, egg, and sugar mixture. The batter doesn’t need to be completely smooth; it’s okay if it still has some lumps! Fold in the apples (or other fruit) and chocolate shavings. Pour into the muffin tins and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
