Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1,200 g natural yogurt (1.5%)
  • 2 tbsp horseradish (cream horseradish)
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • ½ jar pickles
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 shot of Maggi (liquid seasoning)
  • 2 tsp vinegar (cucumber vinegar)
  • 1 bunch of parsley or chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

excellent with boiled beef, boiled beef – also goes well with boiled potatoes

Hard-boil the eggs, let them cool, and then finely chop them. Finely chop the gherkins. Chop the herbs as well. Mix all the ingredients together, except for half of the herbs. Use the remaining herbs for garnishing. Very simple, easy, and quick.
