Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

light dressing for leaf salads

Mix the juice with salt and pepper. Add the cream and yogurt and mix well. While stirring vigorously, add the oil. Season again with salt and pepper.
