Yogurt Sorbet
The perfect yogurt sorbet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 90 g Sugar
- 100 ml Cream
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 Lemon – juice and zest
- Mix the ingredients together well and chill
- Let stir in an ice cream maker until the desired firmness is reached
- The sorbet comes out of the ice cream machine wonderfully creamy and can be enjoyed immediately …… in the chest it gets very hard and unfortunately not that creamy ….
- Fruit to taste can be served with the yoghurt sorbet …..
