Yogurt Sorbet

The perfect yogurt sorbet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • 90 g Sugar
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 Lemon – juice and zest
  1. Mix the ingredients together well and chill
  2. Let stir in an ice cream maker until the desired firmness is reached
  3. The sorbet comes out of the ice cream machine wonderfully creamy and can be enjoyed immediately …… in the chest it gets very hard and unfortunately not that creamy ….
  4. Fruit to taste can be served with the yoghurt sorbet …..
