Ingredients
 

  • 135 g Butter
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1,5 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 g Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 40 ml Milk
  • 40 ml Chocolate chips
  • 1 Glass Sour cherries
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 450 ml Milk
  • 50 g Almond flakes

Instructions
 

  • Mix the butter, sugar, milk, vanilla sugar and eggs until frothy
  • Mix the baking powder and flour and stir in
  • Stir in the chocolate chips as desired and put the dough in a 26/28 form and bake at 160 ° C for about 40 minutes. (Can also take longer - chopstick test)
  • Take the finished cake out of the mold, let it cool down and put a cake ring around it
  • Prepare the pudding according to the instructions (only 450ml milk !!) and spread it lukewarm on the cake base
