Ingredients
- 135 g Butter

- 150 g Flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 40 ml Milk
- 40 ml Chocolate chips
- 1 Glass Sour cherries
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 450 ml Milk
- 50 g Almond flakes
Instructions
- Mix the butter, sugar, milk, vanilla sugar and eggs until frothy
- Mix the baking powder and flour and stir in
- Stir in the chocolate chips as desired and put the dough in a 26/28 form and bake at 160 ° C for about 40 minutes. (Can also take longer - chopstick test)
- Take the finished cake out of the mold, let it cool down and put a cake ring around it
- Prepare the pudding according to the instructions (only 450ml milk !!) and spread it lukewarm on the cake base
