Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 375 g cream yogurt, 10% fat
- 200 g cream
- 90 g sugar, fine
- 10 g Bourbon vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for the ice cream machine
Whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar until almost stiff peaks form. Stir in the yogurt and mix thoroughly with the cream. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze.
