Yvonne's banana pudding with cherries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bag(s) of pudding powder (cream, 37 g)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 banana(s), ripe
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pack of compote (cherries)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the pudding mix with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Gradually add 6 tablespoons of the half-liter of milk until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to a boil and stir in the mixed mix. While the milk is boiling, puree the bananas (peel the skins first) with a little milk and lemon juice (using a magic wand). Then stir the banana mixture into the hot pudding and pour the pudding into dessert bowls. Once cooled, garnish the banana pudding with cherry compote and serve. Enjoy! 🙂
