Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 150 g butter
- 300 g flour
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- Chocolate coating or icing for coating
- e.g. Nutella or jam for filling
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Butter cookies
Knead the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg. Then knead in the flour and baking powder. Chill the dough for 2-4 hours. Roll out the dough, cut out the cookies (not too thin) as desired, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for about 15 minutes until they’re as brown or light as you like. After letting them rest for a day, cover with chocolate coating or icing, fill with Nutella or jam, or leave them as they are.
