  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tortillas
  • 150 g yogurt

  • 1 handful of flat-leaf parsley

  • n. B. garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

makes 4 wraps

Cut the beef roulades into thin strips, toss with the soy sauce, and set aside. Mix the yogurt, sour cream, chopped herbs, and vegetable stock to make a sour cream. Add a little garlic, if desired. Peel the onion. Cut the iceberg lettuce and onion into strips. Fry the beef strips in a little oil in a pan for about 5 minutes. Spread some sour cream on the tortilla wrap, top with the beef strips, onion, and lettuce, and top with a little more sour cream. Fold the bottom of the wraps in and roll them up on both sides. To prevent the wraps from falling apart, secure them with a toothpick. For a party, plan on 2-4 wraps per person.
