Ingredients for 7 servings:
- 1,000 g zucchini
- 2 apples
- 100 g oat flakes
- 50 g flaxseed
- 1,000 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 14 half walnuts
- 100 g vanilla protein powder
- n. B. Sweetener
- n. B. Cinnamon powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
The zucchini oats are suitable for the plate method and meal prep.
Peel and finely grate the zucchini. Heat the soy milk in a large pot and simmer the zucchini until softened, if desired. Stir in the flaxseed, oatmeal, and whey protein and heat through. Sweeten the porridge to taste and divide it among 7 large screw-top jars. Peel the apples, cut them into small wedges, and divide them among the jars along with the walnuts. Sprinkle the finished jars with a little cinnamon. One serving contains 10.4g of fat, 20.0g of carbohydrates, and 21.6g of protein. Stored in the refrigerator, the jars will keep for a good week.
