Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin puree, cooked and mashed, alternatively potatoes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp beet syrup
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp caraway powder
  • ½ tsp blue clover
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 8 tbsp, heaped buckwheat flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

gluten-free

Simply mix everything together well in a bowl. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes.
