- Geza utamatisi, susa iziqu futhi uthathe tincetu. Susa ikhasi ekhabeni bese usika i-pulp ephuzi ibe yizicucu ezilungele ukulunywa. Susa okusanhlamvu ngangokunokwenzeka. Hlanza u-anyanisi omncane obomvu futhi uthathe izingcezu ezincane.
- Faka ama-clove e-garlic ezinhlangothini zombili bese uwacindezela endishini ngomshini. Engeza uwoyela wesesame, uwoyela wesaladi ongathathi hlangothi, uviniga waseShayina, ujusi kalamula, usoso wesoya omnandi nesiraphu ye-tamarind bese uhlanganisa. Gcobisa ngoshukela wesundu kakhukhunathi, upelepele, inkawu, i-thyme namakhambi avela eProvence.
- Geza upelepele futhi uthathe izindandatho ezincane kusukela ekugcineni. Engeza ekugqokeni ngezinhlamvu. Manje engeza i-soy soy sauce kanye isiraphu ye-tamarind. Fafaza umhluzi wenkukhu, hlanganisa kanye nenkathi ukunambitha. Engeza ukugqoka esaladini ngaphambi nje kokukhonza futhi uhlanganise.
