Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

with white cabbage, vegetarian

Slice the white cabbage leaves into strips. Cut the bell peppers into small pieces. Slice the cucumber and carrots into strips using a vegetable peeler, and finely chop the onion. Combine everything and stir in the remaining ingredients. Tip: The salad tastes even better if you let it sit in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. It’s very light and tastes great. We like to serve it with chicken breast fillet.
