Zucchini and carrot fries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small zucchini
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the zucchini into sticks. Peel and dice the carrots, and place both in a bowl. Add the oil, curry powder, and cayenne pepper and mix. Place each piece on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 200°C (fan oven) for 30 minutes.
