  • 1 pinch Sugar

Instructions
 

  • You actually make a casserole in the oven. And that takes time. But there are alternatives! Chef Heiko Schulz makes a zucchini and minced meat casserole in less than four minutes.
  • Put the minced meat in the preheated pan and season with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Meanwhile, remove the core of the zucchini and cut them into pieces.
  • Put the zucchini in a saucepan and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Heat the pot and close it with the lid. Let the zucchini cook in the saucepan.
