Ingredients
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 120 g Mixed minced meat
- 100 ml Sour cream
- 0,5 piece Diced onion
- 3 disc Sliced cheese
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 shot Oil
Instructions
- You actually make a casserole in the oven. And that takes time. But there are alternatives! Chef Heiko Schulz makes a zucchini and minced meat casserole in less than four minutes.
- Put the minced meat in the preheated pan and season with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Meanwhile, remove the core of the zucchini and cut them into pieces.
- Put the zucchini in a saucepan and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Heat the pot and close it with the lid. Let the zucchini cook in the saucepan.
- Add the onion cubes to the meat. Thoroughly fry the meat, then add the sour cream. Mix the minced meat and sour cream mixture well and season with pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Then cover with the zucchini and finally with cheese.
