Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 500 g zucchini, approx. 2 medium-sized
- 250 g feta cheese or shepherd’s cheese
- 250 g mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- Garlic, fresh or powder

Slice the zucchini and mushrooms. Dice the feta cheese. Brown the minced meat in the pan and remove. Then fry the zucchini and mushrooms in the pan. Once the zucchini are cooked through, add the minced meat. Fry everything and season with salt, pepper, and garlic (ground or fresh) to taste. Finally, stir in the feta cubes and let them melt slightly. These servings do not include any side dishes. If you’re serving it with potatoes, for example, you might not need such a large portion, or it might be enough for 3 or 4 people.
