Quick and delicious minced meat pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g lean minced beef
  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 balls of mozzarella, 20% DV
  • 125 g tomato paste
  • 5 g marjoram
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Low carb and WW suitable

Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat). Thinly slice the spring onions and slice the tomatoes. Combine the minced meat with the tomato paste and spring onions and season generously with marjoram, salt, and pepper. Spread the mixture into a shallow baking dish and bake on the middle rack of the hot oven for about 15 minutes. Remove the pizza from the oven, top with the tomato slices, and scatter the mozzarella on top. Return to the oven for about 15 minutes – depending on the desired browning. For those who eat carbohydrates, baguette is a great dipping sauce.
