Ingredients

  • 6 Medium potatoes
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Mozzarella
  • Salt, pepper, thyme, oregano
  • Some cream
  • Basil leaves
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 250 °.
  • Peel the potatoes, onion and garlic. Finely chop the garlic. Finely slice the onion, courgette and potatoes with a vegetable slicer.
  • Cover a tray with baking paper and lightly oil it or use a baking mat: Layer the potatoes next to each other like a roof tile (2 or 3 layers of potatoes also work). Put in the oven and bake for about 6 minutes. Then add a little salt. Now place the zucchin slices on top, season and place the onions on top. Drizzle with a little cream. Bake again for 5 minutes.
  • Now cut the tomato into slices, place on the onions, season with salt and pepper and top with cheese. Put the whole thing back in the oven and bake until golden brown.
  • Garnish with basil leaves after baking. A couple of braised mushrooms and a colorful salad go well with it.
