Asian Minced Meat Pizza

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Roll from the day before
  • 1 glass Tomato peppers
  • 1 can Diced pineapple
  • 100 g Roasted and salted peanuts
  • 2 Onions
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 1 kg Hacked
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 500 g Sieved tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Soak the rolls in cold water. Place the tomato peppers and pineapple separately in sieves and drain, collecting the pineapple juice. Cut the tomato peppers into strips, cut the pineapple pieces even smaller. Chop the peanuts.
  • Finely dice the onions and garlic. Cut the spring onions into fine rings. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  • Squeeze out the rolls and knead with the minced meat, eggs, onion and garlic cubes.
  • Knead in the leek rings, tomato peppers, peanuts and half of the pineapple. Season the mixture well with salt, pepper, paprika and curry. Place on a baking sheet and smooth out. In the oven for about 60 minutes. ferment.
  • In the meantime, cut the spring onions into fine rings for the sauce. Dice the garlic. Heat oil in a pot. Sauté the spring onions and garlic in it. Add the tomatoes and some of the pineapple juice, bring to the boil and reduce while stirring.
  • Season the sauce with chilli, pepper, soy sauce and honey. Fold in the remaining pineapple pieces and heat.
  • Cut the minced meat pizza into pieces and serve with the sauce.
