Zucchini and Salmon Noodles
The perfect zucchini and salmon noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Tagliatelle
- 2 Onions
- 400 g Zucchini
- 500 g Salmon fillet
- Salt
- Pepper
- 175 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- 200 ml White wine
- Peel the onion into cubes, wash the zucchini, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices.
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and fry in a pan with hot oil.
- Now add the onion and zucchini, mix well with salt and pepper.
- Add the cream cheese and add the white wine to taste with salt and pepper.
- Drain the cooked noodles and add to the pan and carefully fold in everything.
