Zucchini and Salmon Noodles

The perfect zucchini and salmon noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Tagliatelle
  • 2 Onions
  • 400 g Zucchini
  • 500 g Salmon fillet
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 175 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 200 ml White wine
  1. Peel the onion into cubes, wash the zucchini, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices.
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and fry in a pan with hot oil.
  3. Now add the onion and zucchini, mix well with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the cream cheese and add the white wine to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Drain the cooked noodles and add to the pan and carefully fold in everything.
