Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 small zucchini
- 4 tomatoes
- 200 g feta cheese
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves
- ½ bunch basil
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Wash the zucchini, trim off the stems and tips, and slice the zucchini into thin slices. Wash the tomatoes, trim off the stems, and slice the tomatoes. Wash the basil, pat dry, and finely chop. Peel the garlic cloves, finely chop, and add to the olive oil. Arrange the tomato slices in a circle on a platter and season lightly with salt and pepper. Arrange the zucchini slices in a circle on top and season. Crumble the feta and sprinkle over the zucchini slices, then top with the finely chopped basil. Drizzle everything evenly with the garlic olive oil and let it marinate for about 30 minutes. Serve with fresh baguette or ciabatta.
