Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of frozen puff pastry with 6 sheets
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 pkt. herb cream cheese (180 g)
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Quick and easy, also as finger food.

Thaw the puff pastry sheets. Thinly slice the zucchini. Spread the cream cheese on the puff pastry. Arrange the zucchini slices on top in a shingle pattern. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated cheese and drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes.
