Zucchini casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g zucchini
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Brown the minced meat with finely chopped garlic, season with salt and pepper, then set aside. Dice the tomatoes and onion. Grate the zucchini and fry in oil. Place the minced meat, half of the zucchini, the onion, the tomatoes, and the cheese in a casserole dish. Then add the other half of the zucchini on top. Mix the egg with cream, salt, and pepper and pour over the dish. Bake the casserole for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Serve with rice or salad.
