Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 zucchinis
- 3 tbsp olive oil, for frying
- ½ bunch dill, fresh
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 2 tsp paprika (leaf peppers), optional
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tbsp flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp white pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Firinda white peas kebab
Partially peel the zucchini and slice them. Then sauté them in olive oil until they soften slightly. Optionally, you can add bell pepper. Prepare the sauce on the other burner. Mix the flour with the milk, then add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add the finely chopped dill and turn off the heat. Place the zucchini in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Crumble the feta cheese over it and mix it with the zucchini a little. Then add grated cheese and bake everything in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
