Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 1 pack of cheese (pizza cheese), grated
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- salt and pepper
- ¼ cup cream
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- olive oil
- 1 vegetable stock cube
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Season the pork schnitzels with salt and pepper, sear briefly on both sides, and then place them on a baking sheet. Wash the zucchini, finely grate it, and mix with the cheese, a little salt, and pepper. Spread the zucchini and cheese mixture over the schnitzels. In the same pan you used to cook the schnitzels, briefly bring the cream to a boil with salt, pepper, finely chopped garlic, and the vegetable stock cube, then pour over the schnitzels. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
