Zucchini chips

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 1 ½ tbsp oil
  • Spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Low-carb

Wash and dry the zucchini. Then slice them thinly with a slicer. Place them on a baking sheet, brush with oil, and season to taste (we chose salt and paprika). Then bake for 35-45 minutes at 110 degrees Celsius (230 degrees Fahrenheit). Check the crispiness of the chips every now and then and open the oven door occasionally to let out the moisture. It’s a bit of work, but it’s a very low-calorie alternative to your usual snacks!
