Ingredients
- 1 size Zucchini
- 6 Discs Cooked ham
- 6 Discs Gouda in slices
- Salt pepper
- Flour
- 2 Eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Clarified butter for frying
Instructions
- Cut the zucchini (ideally a diameter of at least 10 cm) into approx. 5 mm thick slices.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese between each 2 zucchini slices.
- I cut the ham and cheese a little round. The main thing is that it doesn't stick out too much.
- Then season the cordon blue (you don't have to fix it with a toothpick or the like, the slices hold together so well) with salt and pepper and bread.
- First turn in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the courgette cordon blue on both sides until crispy.
- There is also a salad or a delicious lukewarm starter.
