Zucchini fries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large zucchini
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 small garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp sautéed oregano
  • 1 tsp salt

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the zucchini thoroughly and cut into fries-like strips. Thin slices also work well. Crush the garlic cloves and add them to the zucchini sticks. Add olive oil, oregano, and salt. Mix everything well and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the zucchini fries at about 160°C for 15 minutes. Super quick and simply delicious with all southern meat and fish dishes.
