Zucchini in cream and cheese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 3 spring onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 shot of white wine or water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 cup cream substitute (Cremefine)
  • 100 g Parma ham
  • 10 tomatoes (cocktail tomatoes)
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, slice the zucchini very thinly using a food slicer. Heat oil in a pan, briefly sauté the onions and garlic, add the zucchini slices, and sauté everything together for about 10 minutes. Then deglaze everything with a splash of white wine and/or water and bring to a boil. Now add the instant broth, Cremefine, and grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Finally, halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pan. Serve with spaghetti or pasta.
