Quick Bolognese sauce for pasta or lasagna

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed (500 g)
  • 6 tsp Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 cube of stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs of Provence

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Briefly sear the ground beef and season with pepper and salt. Then reduce the heat slightly and add the passata. The sauce will be very thick, so add a little water (about 1/2 cup) until the desired consistency is reached. Continue to simmer the sauce over low heat and add the stock cube. Once it has completely dissolved, add the Parmesan cheese and season the sauce with the herb mixture. Finally, add the crème fraîche.
