  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 small melon(s) (honeydew melon)
  • 1 pot of peppermint (approx. 50 grams)
  • 4 tbsp vinegar, mild
  • 8 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • salt and pepper

Wash the zucchini and dice. Peel and seed the melon and scoop it into balls or dice it as well. Place everything in a bowl. Mix the vinegar and oil with the sliced ​​mint and drizzle over the salad.
