Ingredients
- 2 Zucchini
- 3 Green onions roughly chopped
- 1 St Ginger about 1 cm
- 1 bunch Fresh coriander
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 tsp Turmeric spice
- 0,125 tsp Chili powder
- 200 ml Coconut milk depending on how liquid you like the sauce
- 200 ml Cocktail tomatoes for decoration
Instructions
- Cut the zucchini into spaghetti-like "noodles" with a spiral or julienne cutter.
- Put all ingredients, except for the zucchini noodles, in the blender and mix until you get a creamy sauce. Season to taste and, if necessary, season to taste.
- Put the "noodles" in a bowl and pour the sauce over them. Mix everything well. Garnish with cocktail tomatoes and enjoy!
