Zucchini Noodles with Chanterelle Sauce

The perfect zucchini noodles with chanterelle sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pc. Zucchini
  • 2 Pc. Spring onion
  • Parsley
  • 150 g Chanterelles
  • 50 ml Cremefine
  • Butter for roasting
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Wash the zucchini (1 small) and use a spiral cutter to make noodles.
  2. Finely chop the spring onion and sauté in a little butter. Clean the chanterelles, cut into pieces and roast with the spring onion. Deglaze with Cremefine and let it boil down briefly. Add the seasoning and the chopped parsley.
  3. Add the courgette noodles provided and simmer gently for another 3 minutes. Possibly add seasoning and you’re done.
