Ingredients
- 1 Pc. Zucchini
- 2 Pc. Spring onion
- Parsley
- 150 g Chanterelles
- 50 ml Cremefine
- Butter for roasting
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Wash the zucchini (1 small) and use a spiral cutter to make noodles.
- Finely chop the spring onion and sauté in a little butter. Clean the chanterelles, cut into pieces and roast with the spring onion. Deglaze with Cremefine and let it boil down briefly. Add the seasoning and the chopped parsley.
- Add the courgette noodles provided and simmer gently for another 3 minutes. Possibly add seasoning and you're done.
