Zucchini Noodles with Chanterelle Sauce

  • 1 Pc. Zucchini
  • 2 Pc. Spring onion
  • Parsley
  • 150 g Chanterelles
  • 50 ml Cremefine
  • Butter for roasting
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • Wash the zucchini (1 small) and use a spiral cutter to make noodles.
  • Finely chop the spring onion and sauté in a little butter. Clean the chanterelles, cut into pieces and roast with the spring onion. Deglaze with Cremefine and let it boil down briefly. Add the seasoning and the chopped parsley.
  • Add the courgette noodles provided and simmer gently for another 3 minutes. Possibly add seasoning and you're done.
