Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 2 cup(s) lean smoked bacon
  • 2 cup(s) cheese, mild, e.g. Gouda
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp stock powder of your choice
  • pepper
  • marjoram
  • savory
  • ½ bunch parsley

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

for 4 pieces

Mix the flour and eggs into a smooth batter. Coarsely grate the zucchini, dice the bacon and onion, grate the cheese, and crush the garlic clove. Fold everything into the egg batter. Add the spices and season to taste. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 30-35 minutes.
