Zucchini – Ribbon Noodle – Casserole

The perfect zucchini – ribbon noodle – casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 gr Zucchini
  • 1 Onion
  • 250 gr Cooked ham
  • 200 gr Tagliatelle
  • 200 gr Red pasta
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Butter for the mold
  • 80 gr Parmesan
  • 30 gr Almond flakes if you like
  1. Clean and wash the zucchini, first cut in half crosswise and then lengthways and cut into fine slices. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Dice the ham.
  2. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Melt the butter and sauté the onion and diced ham in it. Add the zucchini and sauté. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter and fill in the ribbon noodles. Then spread the zucchini vegetables over it. Spread the cheese on top and bake in the oven until golden brown. If you like, you can roast the almond flakes in a pan without fat and sprinkle them on the casserole. A fresh salad goes well with it.
